Hey there! I’m Dan, a keto enthusiast embracing the ketogenic lifestyle.
I first started the keto diet after a long sedentary period, where I continuously neglected my health and wellness. This occurred after joining a professional services firm, where the hours were long and the stress was just a natural part of the job. Without the time or the mental energy, I fell into bad habits, eating take-out, avoiding the gym and generally neglecting my health.
This resulted in a significant amount of weight gain, which had me topping out at 106kg! As this point, I knew I had to make a change. After doing some research, I found the keto diet. I read story after story of people achieving amazing weight loss results, so I decided to give it a try. Since then, I’ve never looked back. After a period of 6 months, I went from 106kg to 78kg, feeling full of energy and better about myself.
To this day, I still practice a low carb diet and I’m here to provide you with all the information to transform your diet. I know first hand how transformative this diet can be, so I’m excited to share all the benefits with you.
